add policy to readme #176

Policy

Categories Restrictions
misc, audio_video_player, customer_interaction, social_media availability of a law firm, sufficient popularity of use
pornvertising, advertising, essential, site_analytics, cdn, hosting, email, telemetry, mobile_analytics will be added without restrictions
stand-alone sites not related to any service will not be added

Do you mean adding new categories to more specifically describe what is now in the misc (tracker does not fit in other categories) ?

Yep. If the database is massive.

We use same categories as Whotracksme. In Adguards used ~only~ tracking domains and icon of a company. All other info is unused.
