Add Banking websites to the list of services in exclusions #393

Problem description

Some banking websites doesn't work properly with VPN enabled

Proposed solution

Add Banking websites to the list of services in exclusions

Additional information

Since there are different banks in all countries, it would be convenient to make a section by country
