Не откывает сайты с вкл или выкл расширением. ПОМОГАЕТ только если отключить расширения в самом браузере, в настройках.

Caused by |http*://*?$popup,third-party,domain=pornhub.com No issue if badfiltered - |http*://*?$popup,third-party,domain=pornhub.com,badfilter

This rule must block popups FROM pornhub.com, not opening pornhub.com as new tab.
