Introduce means to set custom Class Extensions on Incidents and Service Requests (similar to how Support Groups are supported on CR/MA), so that whether using Azure Cognitive Services or Azure Machine Learning - the returned percent score can be written into the Work Item.
Additional context
This would provide SCSM Administrators the ability to better hone their connector's thresholds as it introduces a mechanism to report on through SQL as well as perform cost/benefit analysis if using paid Azure tiers. Finally, would enable org specific automation as these values are now locally stored (e.g. isVIP & Score, etc. etc.)
