Logging and Cireson Portal connection error handling

• Additional Logging to identify what features are Enabled\Disabled to assist jumping to the area of code that could be causing issues.
• Validation of successful log on to the Cireson Portal before continuing
• Allow a non-fatal failure if connection to the Cireson portal cannot be made.
