Cireson Portal - "Schedule Work Item via Outlook" Task #6

Build a "Schedule Work Item" or "Send Meeting Request" for the Cireson portal to compliment the Schedule-WorkItem function thereby enabling scheduled start and end dates to be set on Work Items by using a local Outlook client.
