Pawn arrow not appearing for Classic Era #995

Describe the bug

I am not getting the Pawn upgrade arrow in Classic Era with Adibags. I have tried setting the "TOPLEFT" attribute to "BOTTOMLEFT" to no avail.

Use Adibags + Pawn in Classic Era
