Spirit of Justice Android GUI files not working, neither are 3ds files #3

When attempting to open either SOJ or DD GUI files from both android and 3ds releases I get an error, here are some example files (kokoro_main_ui is android and the other one is 3ds) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1nmkXXx_KKKtMSnQanfPDKR2vjUA42AIQ?usp=sharing

Here are images showcasing the errors I get, for 3ds it is the non-negative number required

for android it's "the given key" etc error
