Feature request: HTML Placeholder option #28

Would be good to be able to set HTML placeholder attribute.

Going to look at this myself but a bit new to MODX!

From investigating this, I've managed to update the manager section all ok, but I know realise that FormitFastPack is limiting what I can output so I'll see if I can get a pull request accepted over there first before creating one here.
