Make the player controller better and feel more natural. Yess it needs juice, alot of juice!!!

Added a lots of small improvements to the player controller, now it also got an aim mechanic. When you press right mouse button, it animates the camera to a "Over the shoulder" look. Will tweak the animation a little bit more to make it look good and also to able to shoot more accurately when in aim mode.
