As we are trying detect by to read or write data outside its designated container area of our app. so just want to confirm does it same logics will break Apple Appstore guidelines right?

Many App Store apps detect jailbreaking, so that doesn't violate the guidelines. Apple opposes jailbreaking, so why would it hinder apps' abilities to detect it?
