Add a Ventoy theme #1

Hi, I know that Ventoy isn't exactly a distro, but could you make a GRUB theme for that?

Hi, I'll create this theme today. I won't release new version, so just clone repository instead of downloading from releases.

I added Ventoy theme to releases. Just download .tar package or clone repo

@AdisonCavani can you add install instructions to the readme? It's not clear how to setup ventoy.json for this theme?

@maximousblk There is no ventoy.json file. Where did you found it?

to use a custom theme in ventoy, you have to add a ventoy.json and setup the theme options there.
