Need for contribution.md file #12

as this projects have both frontend and backend I should suggest to add a contribution.md file telling us how to connect both and run for development containing contribution guidelines as well

It is already given in development steps in readme.md I will modified it a little bit and it would be fine but can't create an issue for this
