Added basic comment list functionality #25

Resolved Issue #10 Added the list of comments related to an audio file as well as the timestamp for each comment and made each comment clickable so that the videoSrc currentTime is set to the timestamp of the comment clicked on. Was unable to add new comments to the comments list when a new comment is saved on the Edit Audio page due to time constraints, but this addition should not be too difficult.
