Menubar help window is blank for a couple of seconds when opened again

Steps to reproduce:

• Click on the Help button in the menubar
• Click the Help option in the dropdown menu
• Close the popup menu
• Repeat the previous steps, and from the second time the popup menu will initially open blank

System details:

• MacBook Air M1
• MacOS Sonoma
• Using an external monitor
• Laptop display shut

Team's Response

Noted the issue on your end. However, no issue on our side for Windows and MacOS, works perfectly fine.

Anyways, this still meets our NFR requirement that “The response to any command should become visible within 5 seconds.”, hence we feel we should not be penalised for it.

Reason for disagreement: I believe a reasonable effort to reproduce was not made here since this is a bug that was inherited from AB3, and can be reproduced on all MacOS systems. I've attached a screen recording of me reproducing this for both AB3 and Realodex, on my teammate's macbook (M2 Macbook Pro also running MacOS Sonoma):

I disagree that this is out of scope since it creates unintended states in the app that:

1. Cause the app to look like it is not developed to a professional standard with buggy behaviour
2. Can cause confusion for users from the unexpected behaviour
