Hello everyone,
I've also posted about this issue on the Proxmox forum. The scenario is different, but I think the problem is similar. The ports are recognized, but the performance is not as expected. I'm open to any ideas ☺️

I have 6.5.11-8-pve-t2 running fine with everything working.
I have 2 thunderbolt nics, a QNAP and a Sonnet, using atlantic and ixgbe drivers respectively. The are authorized on the system and work fine under 6.5.11-8-pve-t2 but do not work on any of the 6.8 pve-t2 kernels.
boltctl still shows the devices as authorized, but the drivers don't pick up the nics even when manually loaded.
Any quick thoughts? I will post the dmesg output and anything else of interest tomorrow.

pcie_ports=native did not help (although I will investigate more, wifi controller vm was running on this host and the backup is not working atm).

proxmox-kernel-6.8.4-3-pve is working (although something is odd with the package install, it gives a grub error and doesn't finish the boot configuration, even though I am using systemd-boot). Once manually added, it boots just fine.
