PID loop? #103

Don't want to waste too many cpu cycles with this, but in pulling apart out PID 
loop implementation it struct me that is was slightly odd compared to what is 
well documented... In 2 reasons - why do we scale Dt for D, but not for 
anything else, and dTerm seems to use the wrong things in its calculation... I 
suspect it works, but maybe not as efficient as it could...
