Transmitter is dead #15

I'm not getting any transmitter data with the 1.7 AeroQuad SW. All
channels stay in solid "1200" and calibrating the transmitter doesn't
work. There seems to something going on with the Aux channel, as it seems
to be blinking between 1000 and 2000 values in the configurator's
transmitter adjustments view. The HW in general and the transmitter-
receiver connection works, as I have everything working in following
config:
HW:
Arduino mega
AQ shield 1.6 (with caps and aref = 2.78V)
Spektrum DX7 & AR7000
sensors: IXZ-500 + 5DOF
SW:
Win vista
Previous configurator version
Arduino 0017
Aeroquad flightSW 1.6beta

When the 1.6 sw came public after the 1.6beta release, I compiled and
uploaded the 1.6 sw and I lost the transmitter data. Only AUX channel
seemed to work.

Now this problem seems to persist in 1.7 flight SW and now I lost also the
aux channel data. Please see the attached screen shots.

I should have all the sensors and jumpers soldered correctly as I got
everything working with 1.6 beta sw. When I upload the 1.6 or 1.7 SW, I
cannot calibrate the transmitter any longer.

Thanks for the great project and sorry for not being able to solve the
problem myself.

Fixed bug for Arduino Mega users. #define Mega_AQ1x was not defined before
#include "Receiver.h". It accidentally caused the receiver pin assignments to
use
the Duemilanove assignments instead of the Mega.

Please double check the fix, and post to AeroQuad forum if any other issues
found.
