New BatteryMonitor class is buggy #76

batteryVoltage is not initialized
batteryScaleFactor in BatteryMonitor_APM has a +diode in the assignment in line 
132, which should be wrong
Some variables to calculate the batteryScaleFactor are made private, which can 
be local.
As I do not have the hardware, this fix is untested.
