genders: pdsh -X excludes more hosts than expected #55

The final command below should not exclude prefix-suffix1, since it
does not have the skip_me attribute:

$ printf "prefix1 skip_me\nprefix-suffix1 no_skip\n" > gend
$ cat gend
prefix1 skip_me
prefix-suffix1 no_skip

$ pdsh -F ./gend -Aq | tail -1
prefix1,prefix-suffix1

$ pdsh -F ./gend -Aq -X skip_me | tail -1
pdsh@hype356: no remote hosts specified
