Parameter estimation for complex physical problems often suffers from finding ‘solutions’ that are not physically realistic. The PEUQSE software provides tools for finding physically realistic parameter estimates, graphs of the parameter estimate positions within parameter space, and plots of the final simulation results.

This update makes improvements to responses observed uncertainties and simulated responses uncertainties, in particular for their compatibility with providing none types and functions rather than zeros or blank lists. During this update, a bug in simulated responses uncertainties was found in DoE due to a 'typo' (the copying and pasting of the wrong variable).
