Parameter estimation for complex physical problems often suffers from finding ‘solutions’ that are not physically realistic. The PEUQSE software provides tools for finding physically realistic parameter estimates, graphs of the parameter estimate positions within parameter space, and plots of the final simulation results.
There have been several updates in this version, relative to the last release.
1) Graphs are now exported to their own subdirectory.
2) Parameter names are no longer required -- CheKiPEUQ will autopopulate if they are not provided.
3) CheKiPEUQ will detect cases with single responses with multiple values in an array that need to be split as if they were separate responses to achieve evaluatable likelihood terms.
4) Turned on convertToSamples by default for doOptimizeNegLogP multistart
