ESS inputs should be possible directly from UserInputFile #202

Currently, walkerInitialDistributionSpread can only be put in as an argument for the function doEnsembleSliceSampling

This argument, and probably other arguments, should have a way for being put in from the mcmc portion of UserInput settings.
