Example 5b: doOptimizeNegLogP posterior plot does not show initial guess #230

PE_object.doOptimizeNegLogP() does not show initial guess at the end. In Example_5b this appears to be a bug.

There does not seem to be a bug: the doOptimizeLogP did not move away from the initial guess point.
