Use Raftery_lewis to generate new samples in continued sampling. #240

The Raftery_lewis convergence diagnostic gives an estimate for the number of burn in samples, post burn in samples, and thinning needed for post burn in statistics. We should implement a way for the user to continue sampling easily using the recommended number of samples from Raftery_lewis.
