Initial guess improvement #330

For uniform distributions, the initial guess was being taken as the center of the distribution. Now the initial guess is taken as whatever the user has specified as mu_prior. This is more intuitive for a user and makes the simulated responses less confusing, since otherwise they may not know how PEUQSE is getting mu_guess.
