Make submit button responsive #9

Once user entered the captcha and click on submit button provide a valid dialog if it correct or not.

@AdityaSinha2305 ,Can I use one of these options: alert(), confirm(), or a custom dialog using libraries like SweetAlert? I plan to use confirm()
