Binaries & Examples update

Merging from staging branch, which is used to test code portability between different systems.

• Revised Core binaries built using CI/CD system. Re-added the Release/Debug configurations.
• SenseCom stabilization, built with a newer version of Unity. Should now run on all systems
• Updated smaller examples, they are now in their own respective core folders (C# examples are in the Core/SGCoreCs folder, etc)
• Updated example projects to reference the Core/ binary folders instead of a copy inside the project. They also have an extended explaination.
