Hello,
To save on battery life, your Nova Gloves will shut down automatically after a 10-15 minutes if no commands have been received from the PC. From your screenshot, I can tell you are running the 00_HardWareDiagnostics scene. This scene was built to debug one (1) SenseGlove DK1.0 glove or a Nova 1.0 Glove. Since you're sending commands to only a single glove, the other device will shut down as expected.
Version v2.6.2 of our Unity Plugin introduces a Nova 2.0-specific Diagnostics Scene : 14_Nova2_Diagnostics. Again, this example scene was made to debug exactly one (1) Nova 2.0 glove. We recommend you update your Unity Plugin and run this example instead.
Regarding the 'packet loss rate' - it's not possible to see what is going on from a single screenshot. Your SenseCom software offers a Troubleshooter that can be accessed by right-clicking your glove icon, and clicking on 'troubleshoot'. Please run the troubleshooter for your glove(s) to see if this is something that can be solved on your end.
We are trying to test both the left glove and the right glove, base on SenseGlove-Unity project. And Every time two hands are connected to bluetooth, one of them will be disconnected after a few minutes. The packet loss rate is shown in the figure below:
What is cause of this? And how can I fix this?
