Hey @sgarwood,
First issue is your sync_attributes
. You're not syncing your users username:
// Current
'sync_attributes' => [
'name' => 'cn'
],
// Should be
'sync_attributes' => [
'userlogin' => 'samaccountname',
'name' => 'cn',
],
This can cause an exception that you may not see (since by default, your users userlogin
is not nullable), but is visible in your application logs.
I'll keep looking through your configs, but give that a go first.

Unfortunately that did not resolve it.
However when I checked the logs I can see at some point this, with some set of crednetials (not sure which ones I've changed so many since then) did actually work.
