This is what the status sheet says about GONet 213:

Needs rebuild (Pi is hot glued to the case, & there is no GPS mount).

Has it been rebuilt or will this number be decommissioned?

Camera has a smudge on the sensor, needs a clean up and rebuild and/or retire it.
