GONet 209 slow to connect [BUG] #37

When used the in the field, slow to connect to control center and we were unable to change the camera settings.

Displayed "Creating Directory"

Did notice slowness. Imaged a new card and provisioned. Works much faster now. Able to do selfie, change modes etc.
