Describe the bug Users can run the pipeline, but cannot see or access the logs output or the S3 output.

To Reproduce Create a new user that is part of the NITELite pipeline users group. Repeat the instructions in the wiki.

Expected behavior The user can access the output.

Suggested debugging process Create a fresh test user account and step through the full process.

Moved this to Version 1.1—a minimal permissions role is only important if someone outside the core FH group wants to use the pipeline.
