Fix the style for the Sphinx-generated documentation #7

Describe the bug Sphinx is an industry-standard documentation tool used to generate interactive documentation from in-code docstrings. The documentation can then be hosted on github pages. We've done this, and the page is live, but the style is not showing up.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://adlerfarhorizons.github.io/night-horizons-mapmaker/
  2. See the bad appearance
