Complete localization #86

First thing you'll notice is that everything is rearranged. I did that because your //item and //tile arranging has obviously died about 300 commits ago. I'm like 90% sure I didn't break the website, but check it, just in case. Beside that: -Fixed capitalization -Made the highlighting more consistent -Added puns. Lots of puns. -Added a tiny bit of personality to fairies :3

Also, if you don't like the way I rearranged things, I still have a copy with the fixes, but without rearranging. Just let me know and I will make a PR with that.
