Minechem & Magical Crops exploit #212

Hey just wanted to report an exploit that occurs in modpacks using both Minechem and Magical Crops. By putting Magical Crops' Coal Seeds into the Chemical Decomposer players are able to produce vast amounts of carbon nanotubes which are used to craft Diamonds in the Chemical Synthesis Machine. One Coal Seeds is decomposed into about 32 Carbon Nanotubes (= 8 Diamonds) plus some Carbon If I'm not miscalculating that's 1024 times the amount you recieve from a piece of coal

Thanks for including the process for reproducing this issue, I'll see about getting this fixed.

Planning to fix this in 1.7, closing this to clean up the issue tracker.
