Cannot power Minechem machines #240

I have minechem 5.0.5 for 1.6.4 and it will not be powered, with any type of cable, I have tried mekanism, bc, ic2, and Te3 and all of them don't connect. Also i don't have universal electricity

You need Universal Electricity to power machines. This has been in the release notes.
