in 1.6.4 I played with this mod and if you put multiple of the same chemical on a sword they stacked. this was really cool because I could make swords that froze mobs in place for several minutes but now in 1.7.10 it seems that debuffs can't be extended and when a debuff is in common between 2 chemicals it uses the weakest of the two.(ie a t-2 and a cyanide will give wither 1 for 9 seconds)
