Can´t Configure list in function List Configuration in Groups & roles when using Swedish as language #1532

Describe the bug In Groups & roles, klick Show member list. In Filter, Choosing Configure lists in List configuration. When Swedish as language is configured, no column show up and I can´t edit a list or create a new one.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Groups & roles
  2. Choose Show member list in a group with members
  3. In Filter, List configuration, choose Configure lists
  4. verify that you see columns, as in Screenshot 1
  5. Go to Preferences
  6. Click on Regional settings
  7. Scroll down to Language and select Swedish - Svenska
  8. Press Save
  9. Go to Grupper & roller (Groups & roles)
  10. Choose Visa medlemslista (Show member list) in a group with members
  11. In Filter (Filter), Listkonfiguration (List configuration), choose Configure lists
  12. See that no columns is shown as in Screenshot 2

Expected behavior All columns should be shown as in using English as system language.

I found the problem. Within the swedish translation there are some quotes in some translations that are not correct implemented. A quote must be escaped by a backslash but hier it's not escaped. I will fix that.
