Should be positioned before the contact forms. Should have the following items:

PRICE ( which is entered in ADMIN
"Add to Cart" button (functionality is described separately)
"Create Price Alert" button
"Add to Wishlist" button (functionality is described separately)

When user clicks on "Create Price Alert" subscription form should appear on the right from the button. product profile - price alert

HOW SHOULD LOOK WHEN EACH BUTTON IS CLICKED:

"Add to Cart" is clicked - notification should show in green color and "Add to Cart" should turn into "Remove from Cart". If clicked again items must be removed from the cart and notification should show that "Item has been removed from the Cart"
When user clicks on "Add to Wishlist" heart should turn black and title should change to "Remove from Wishlist". Should go back if clicked again

In ADMIN below "PRICE" field add "Do not display price" checkbox. If user selected it below should appear another field which will be named "Message for the customers".

If user doesn't add anything here as well, the whole building block should not be present.
If user message, for example "CUSTOM ORDER ONLY" front end should display this message instead of "PRICE: $5000" and only should display "Add to Wishlist" option. Like it's shown on the screenshot below.
