Update the readme with the right pyside version #13

Hello !

I just began to follow your instructions on how to RNG and found out what I think is a typo.

Thanks a lot for all the tools you made for pokemon !

Oh, I just noticed you updated the code in the repo with pyside6 (the readme match what is on the cloned repo). But you haven't created a new release so the release doesn't match the readme. I guess you can ignore the PR but creates an other release ?

I was going to wait until Qt 6.2 released before fully upgrading CitraRNG to it
