PID issue when generating Gligar

im having diffuclty getting shiny gligar with the RNG, everytime i put in an encounter on pkhex it is registering as a PID mismatch. i have raised the issue with pkhex and they said it was an issue on pokefinder end, so ill try here instead and hope that its just me being stupid haha. i have tried multiple varients as well and none are working
