Added Brazilian Portuguese translation

So there is a few things missing for this to be fully added. Portuguese text needs to be added for the following resources here.

Some other modifications need to be added to the MainWindow to allow selection (I can handle that stuff though if you want).

Hi! Sorry, I could not answer earlier. I'll check and correct those. I just created my account in Github, so please bear with me. If I can spare you the job for those other modifications, just give me directions and I'll happily do those.

Complementing: I just checked those resources. Pokémon games have not been released in Portuguese up to this date. Not even in Europe. So, standard use in Portuguese, by now, is the English version of names for natures, characteristics, abilities, etc. Inside the Brazilian (and Portuguese) community, we usually translate just the criteria (as in ability is habilidade).

Some translate based on the anime, but that usually leads to strange things and incompatibilities between different Portuguese dubs.

Any tips? Should we copy the English versions or just leave it without a file?
