Support AWS EventBridge #217

Hey,

The AWS messaging family had been expanded to also include AWS EventBridge, it would really cool if the tool would allow to create the EventBuses using the API.

Quick frankly I am currently block on building such integration in application that is using goaws.

I am sorry but I will not have any time currently to implement this, would you entertain doing it and creating a PR?
