Tokyo Xanadu button mapping problem list

A lot of 'secondary' actions in Tokyo Xanadu's PC port are coupled to completely nonsensical primary actions. Find them all and either create separate binds for them, or at least couple them to more sensical combinations.

• The 'Change Partners' bind is coupled with the 'Discard Item' (Item Menu) and 'Check Soul Level' (Status Menu) bind. This makes this bind completely unusable on the d-pad unless you want to navigate menus with the stick.
• The 'Switch Support' and 'EX Skill' binds are coupled with 'Zoom In' and 'Zoom Out' binds.
• The fishing minigame's four binds are 'Confirm', 'Cancel', 'Change Partners' and 'Navigation Menu'. This definitely needs extra binds for the four buttons so you can keep the visual consistency with the face buttons.
• In the Eclipse startup screen, 'Greed Information' is again coupled with 'Change Partners', making it incompatible with d-pad mappings.
• The 'Equipment' shortcut when hovering over the party members in the main Camp menu is coupled with 'Navigation Menu'.
• The swimming minigame buttons are mapped to 'Menu Tab Left/Right', which we can probably keep as-is.

To clean this up, we probably want:

• New 'Menu Action 1' and 'Menu Action 2' binds, using them for all the 'Change Partners' and 'Navigation Menu' things in the menus.
• Four new binds for fishing.
• Two new binds for Zoom In/Out.

Oh and also, there appears to be no way to unbind a button. That should be added.

Reverie handles unbinding by rebinding the same button a second time, so that seems reasonable to do here too.

The skateboarding minigame needs mappings, too. Maybe the swimming minigame as well while we're at it?

This is basically done, there's a few button prompts in tutorial messages that are still wrong but that's all I'm aware of.
