Juna's Cross Break craft (in both Striker and Gunner modes) is described as having "C++" power when it should be "C+" (programmer jokes aside).
The description for Spirit in Panzer Soldat battles says that it gives +25 CP, but it actually gives +30 CP.
Act 1, 8/9 during the rest day after regrouping with Ash, when going to Saint-Gral Labyrinth alone. "persistant" -> "persistent"
Act 1, 8/10 during the day in Raquel, when getting info about the singularity. "...not going gripe..." -> "...not going to gripe..."
In the Noce Rest Lodge between Raquel and Alster, the texture on the welcome mat at the front door of the lodge is backwards.

The hat/visor for the MWL staff has the incorrect spelling of Mishelam. "Michelam" -> "Mishelam" I suspect that the badge that they wear might also have the incorrect spelling, but it's hard to verify in-game.

Act 3, 8/29 in the morning, when speaking to Elise after unlocking her bonding event (by finishing the quest "Operation: Free Eryn"). In this context, Elise is referring to Rean's coat from CSIII. As Elise has not given Rean the coat yet, this dialogue is incorrect; she should be asking Rean to wait a little longer before she hands him the coat. I just finally beat this way-too-long game today, so here's a couple extra errors I noticed.
longshot -> long shot
Stray period after 'Hi'.
Extremely weird sentence here.
Double space near the end.
Not technically an error, but the line break can be placed much nicer here.
This prompt is wrong, it should be L2+Circle. Technically this needs to be auto-swapped between Confirm and Cancel too depending on if you're using the bottom-button-is-confirm or the right-button-is-confirm setup, so that's probably what happened here... Not sure if this game even supports this out of the box...
I think this needs a space between 'any' and 'place'?
This is probably supposed to be a singular 'character', assuming this is referring to the love interest you picked.
Capitalization inconsistency. I think Trails capitalizes these when they refer to the church.
This seems just plain wrong; you get this message when you try to leave Crossbell during the endgame sidequest there, the one with the missing girls.
One of these has 'damage' capitalized incorrectly.
Should be singular monster.
