Fixes for devkitARM r56-4 & libnds 1.8.1-2 #3

The application would hang after backup to a FTP server making it difficult to feel confident the process completed successfully. There were a few issues building and running with the latest devkitARM r56-4 & libnds 1.8.1-2, which these commits resolve. Tested using R4i Gold Pro and ACE3DS+ clone carts.

I'll just trust that this works, because I'm not particularly keen on setting up an NDS-compatible access point in 2021...
