SD-Card Swaping is not possible #104

What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot with sd-medialauncher
2. Start swiss from 2GB sd-card
3. swap sd-card 2GB sd-card in medialauncher sd-card-adapter with 32GB sdhc
4. get the content of the 2GB boot-sd-card shown

What console are you running Swiss on (Wii/GC)?
GC

What version of Swiss are you using?
r215

What disc was in the drive if any?
sd-medialauncher

What device was the data being loaded from (SD/HDD/DVD/DVD-R)?
SD/DVD

Please provide any additional information below.

Can confirm that problem with r216 also. Are there any older binary available 
to find rev the bug started?

Thanks! I tried r219 now. After Swaping the sd-card i get no file - list and i 
think swiss freezed. Is there a log i can activate?

Sorry for double post, but i want to say, that it with rev216 i can read sdcard 
i used to start swiss with swiss. With rev219 i also can not read that sd-card.

Not fixed for me.

I tried Version 221:

* Start SML
* Start Swiss from Sd-Card
* After Loading removinng SD-Card
* Insert SDHC-Card
* Select SDGecko

Here are my results:

Shows me the File-List of the SDCard i used to start swiss and not the content 
of the SDHC-Card.

Retest with r240. Same Problem. After swaping SD-Card i only see Filetable of 
the old SD-Card.
