Tales of Symphonia (NTSC-U) on SD card crashes in forced progressive (480p)

What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Swiss booter from Swiss then run Swiss-gc normally
2. Activate force video patch for 480p
3. Game will load pass memory card check then hang at "Licensed by Nintendo"

What console are you running Swiss on (Wii/GC)?
Wii.

What version of Swiss are you using?
0.3 r174

What disc was in the drive if any?
None. Confirmed to work without disc in drive if run in native 480i.

What device was the data being loaded from (SD/HDD/DVD/DVD-R)?
SD.

Please provide any additional information below.
swiss-gc is probably the only loader that can force ToS on a disc into 480p 
normally. It'd be great if this feature could extend to back-up copies of the 
game as well.
