Create System device which IPL and SRAM can be dumped from

What step(s) will reproduce the problem?
1.There is no way to dump the IPL without a Broadband Adapter.

What console are you running Swiss on (Wii/GC)?

What version of Swiss are you using?

What disc was in the drive if any?
N/A

What device was the data being loaded from (SD/HDD/DVD/DVD-R)?
SD

Please provide any additional information below.
I created a patch so I could dump my IPL.bin file to my SD-Gecko.  It looks 
like it worked, as I can use the resulting file to launch games with Dolphin.  
The patch might need to be cleaned up a little.
